ONE SERVICE – TWO ROUTES TO EMPLOYMENT
We offer support regardless of what stage of your employability journey you are at. For this reason there are two parts to our service; our Elevate PSP team and our Recovery Employability Service (RES).
Don’t worry if you don’t know which of these teams are best suited to you, when you refer in you will receive a confidential call where you can tell us exactly what you want and we will match you with a suitable team member.
ELEVATE PSP SERVICE
The PSP team consists of employability support workers who can help with confidence building and personal development. They can also begin to support you to build the skills required to enter volunteering, training education or employment.
RECOVERY EMPLOYABILITY SERVICE
The RES team consists of employment advisors who can work with people who want to move onto opportunities more quickly. They can support with job searching, CV building, application support and interview preparation.
