Hi there! I’m Joe, the better half elevate PSP team.
I’m an employability support worker which means I support the participants to develop their self-esteem and confidence. All of this is to help them overcome the barriers to help set goals and get into training, education, volunteering or even employment.
You’ll always hear before you see me, I’m the loud and laughing one in the office that’s for sure. Although I could cartwheel into a meeting just to show off because I am the best at them.
Instead of talking about myself I’ll finish with a random fact about me, If I could have a dinner party with three other people, living or dead, it would be Stephen Fry, Freddie Mercury and Mae West.
